About the project
In honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we had the opportunity to design custom t-shirts for the employees of Arrivals + Departures Toronto and Halifax offices.
The design is a snapping turtle to represent resilience, Turtle Island, and the traditional 13 moons calendar. The circle of people in the centre is based on wampum belt designs and is a symbol of coming together as a community.
